Nutrition

A referral to a Registered Dietitian can be provided at many of our Great Lakes Bay Health Center locations. Our Registered Dietitians provide nutrition counseling for those who want to improve their health and wellness. They work one on one with patients to help tailor a diet to help individuals meet their goals. Our dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy to our patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. We offer telehealth appointments, so no travel is required. In-person appointment are available by appointment only. Please talk to your health care provider if nutrition services are needed.
