Lisa Burnell

Lisa Burnell
Vice President Clinical Services

Lisa has a Bachelor degree in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University and nearly 40 years of nursing experience with the past 21 years occurring at GLBHC.  Her responsibilities include assuring that high quality patient care services are provided at all of the GLBHC sites with dedication to community health improvement, excellence in service provision and performance, and living the GLBHC vision – “changing lives because we care!”  As a nurse, wife, mother, and grandmother, she has a busy but fulfilling life and healthcare career.

Lisa has a tendency towards expecting perfection—so she is great at proof-reading, proper grammar, and noticing spelling errors or typos (perhaps in another life she was an English teacher or editor).   High quality care with “perfect” aspirations is Lisa’s goal for herself and GLBHC.
